Lars Levi's relatives

It was an interesting article in Haparandabladet today, they have DNA tested members of the Niemis in Kaunisvaara and found that they remain from Lars Levi Laestadius, more information on www.hbwebben. se. Fritz Niemi is an exact copy of LLL in looks and behaviour. I know that this is interesting for some of my readers.

  2. Petrus Laestadius, LLL's brother had a daughter Angelica. She was a teacher in Haparanda and married to her cousin, LLL's son.

  3. Google Fritz Niemi it is an article about hom in www.levigen.se where he stands beside the statue of LLL.

  4. It wasn't Lars Levi who had an illegitime son with Miss Niemi, it was his son Lorens. The boy got the name Lorens too.
